WHY DO WE NEED A MISSION?

Do we really know and care for one another as Jesus expects us to do? Could we benefit from growing closer together?

Do we not all need to have new life, or new spirit in us from time to time? Do we not all need to rely on others in some way?

Renewal is a process that each of us takes for granted in our everyday lives; in our work, in our families, all of which change and grow continuously. Our faith and spirit do not stand still either and they need to be upgraded from time to time also.

Once or twice in a lifetime a Mission event happens or comes into our Parish – dare we make space to allow Jesus into our lives? Do we dare to take the risk, the challenge, and the opportunity to be more open to God for just a couple of weeks?

The more effort we put in, the more grace will be poured upon us and the more fruitful will be our lives.
